  • Sundays £40 per hour until 6pm. £55 per hour between 6pm-10pm.
  • Saturdays: £40 per hour 3pm-6pm £55 per hour between 6pm and 10pm
  • Weekdays: £25 per hour 9am-5pm, £55 per hour 6pm-10pm.

  • Space only, outside but covered marquee 6m x 10m. Chairs, tables and decor as shown in pictures and 2 small sand pits included – £ 75 per hour 9am – 5pm, £85 per hour 6pm-10pm extended times may be available with advanced notice

Tarmac Area

The heart of the outdoor action happens right here on the tarmac. This is our dedicated social zone where the grills stay lit and the energy stays high. Perfectly suited for laid-back BBQs, picnic benches, and open-air festivities, it offers a spacious, mud-free area to enjoy good food and great company. It’s the go-to spot for those who want to be right in the middle of the party.

Cobblestone Area \n(capacity 50 seated)

Step into a space defined by Old World charm and textured elegance. The Cobblestone Courtyard offers a sophisticated backdrop for alfresco dining and evening cocktails. With its timeless masonry and robust finish, this area provides a stable, picturesque setting for larger groups. Whether it’s a wedding breakfast or a formal outdoor banquet, the courtyard’s layout is designed to encourage conversation while maintaining a sense of intimate, open-air luxury.

Pirate Ship Playground

The Pirate Ship Playground is the heart of the venue’s adventure zone, designed to spark the imagination of little explorers. This multi-level play structure features nautical-themed climbing frames, slides, and lookout points where kids can steer the ship or scan the horizon for hidden treasure.

It is a vibrant, active space that offers a fun and safe environment for children to burn off energy while the adults enjoy the nearby amenities. Whether they are scaling the "rigging" or navigating the high seas, it’s the go-to spot for family-friendly fun.

Loading Area

The Loading Area serves as the main logistical point for the venue, primarily used for the heavy lifting of loading and unloading equipment. In the past, this space was also the go-to spot for setting up the portaloos and other temporary facilities. It’s essentially the functional hub where gear comes and goes to keep the rest of the event running smoothly.
